The product loop
Your users take part in development, without learning the process
The product loop is a set of screens and services that live inside your own product. Users ask, report, follow and test in plain language. Your team gets specifications, issues and versions.
What's New
Articles from every release
Each shipped feature publishes a plain-language article at deploy time, written alongside the code.
Beta, then Released
An article starts as Beta, ready for testing. Readers follow 'What to test' and record a verdict: works for me, or found a problem.
Operators approve
Operators see every verdict and note, approve the article as Released or re-open it with a reason. That approval can gate the promotion to production.
Open this screen
An article can take the reader straight to the screen it describes.
Feature requests with an AI analyst
A conversation, not a form
The user talks to an AI analyst, which asks what it needs to know. Images and text files can be attached, within limits; PDF and Word files too, where your product scans documents.
Write the specification
One click turns the conversation into a specification with fixed headings, checked and repaired. The user can edit it, and every version is kept.
Technical analysis
A technical analyst agent adds an engineering view of each specification version, automatically or on demand.
Tracked to the end
Once filed, the request's status follows the tracker: filed, approved, in development, completed or declined.
Bug reports
From any page
'Report a problem' is one click away, including from a What's New article.
Evidence with consent
The page, app version, browser, window size and last failed request are captured only if the user agrees.
An intake assistant
An AI assistant asks the right questions and writes the report. The reporter edits it, adds screenshots and chooses the severity.
Honest 'fixed' messages
Blocking reports alert operators at once. 'Fixed in version x' is announced only when the fix is actually live.
Tracking and announcements
Development card
What is in development, what is queued and what was delivered this week.
Live in release
Every issue a release closes gets a 'Live in release' comment, and the requester is notified.
Newsletter
An optional daily or weekly e-mail of what shipped.
Notifications
In-app notifications with a link straight to the request, report or article.
Built to fit your product
Inside your own screens
The screens are React components your product embeds. Your users never leave your product to take part.
Your look
Themable to your product's colours and style.
English and Greek
Every text is in a catalogue, in English and Greek, and each reader sees their own language.
Personal data is protected
E-mail addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, IBANs and secrets in messages, specifications and reports are redacted by rules that cannot be switched off. Documents that cannot be checked are refused.
Every part switchable
What's New, requests and bug reports each have their own switch.
A way into the console
When a user needs more, your product can hand them over to the Maestro console with a short-lived, single-use sign-in, and take them back.
Bring your product team into the loop
Maestro is ready to deploy on your product. Tell us about your product and your team, and we will show you how Maestro runs it.
