Project Effort Tracker
Daily project effort check-ins for every employee: asks which projects they worked on and for how many hours, records the answer against a project catalogue that grows from what people actually say (fuzzy name matching, aliases, admin merge), and reports man-hours and man-days per project. The people registry builds itself from whoever answers on a channel — no employee list is loaded in advance.
